Our concierge service crafts dynamite, made-to-order itineraries. We can map out your entire upcoming journey or just fine tune parts of it. Because at Speak, we not only love language, we know logistics.

From tourism planning, meeting arrangement, and research facilitation to visa processing, lodging recommendations, and customized educational programs, our consultants are plugged into their countries; some have even written their own guidebooks. But all draw from decades of on-the-ground experience and enjoy access to vast networks of contacts — knowledge and people capable of giving you that once in a lifetime tour.

We offer fully customized door-to-door turnkey solutions. Tell us what you want — a romantic getaway, a gastronomic adventure, a history lesson, a wine education — and we’ll make it happen down to every detail:region/city/site selection, ground transportation, hotels, restaurants, background reading, international and domestic airfare (China only), etc.

We also offer more general advice for existing itineraries. Here Speak can enhance a cookie-cutter tour package or suggest ideas for exploring off the beaten track between scheduled programs or events.

Though highly customized, Speak!’s Concierge Service ranges from $75-100/hour; most itineraries, say a few days up to a week, won’t take more than a few hours to complete and book. More ambitious, multi-week trips may require up to 2-3 days of billable hours to arrange. For an additional cost, some of our consultants are available to act as personal guides and translators. We can also combine our concierge services with our dynamic, multi-media language-culture training courses for individuals, groups or families.
